This research background in the low language ability children in terms of simply telling penglaman in group B in TKN coach Kepanjenkidul Blitar District. Teachers have not used the correct media in developing the ability to tell a simple experience, in addition to telling the courage in front of class, language fluency of children in story telling and imagination of children in story telling is also relatively low.

This study aims to describe the application of media to tell by using hand puppets in the development of the ability to tell a simple experience in the BI group of children in TKN coach Kepanjenkidul Blitar district and describe the increasing ability to tell a simple experience in children in the BI group TKN Kepanjenkidul Blitar District Pembina marked with courage in front of the classroom telling kids, language fluency of children in story telling and imagination in children's ability to tell stories.

This research was conducted in TKN Kec.Kepanjenkidul coach with the study design used was a class action design (TOD) model cycle. In each cycle consists of several stages, namely planning, execution, observation, and reflection. In this study, researchers collaborate with classroom teachers.

The results showed that the application simply share the experience with the media hand puppets to enhance the ability to tell a simple experience in the BI group of children in TKN coach Kepanjenkidul Blitar District. The study lasted two (2) cycles by using the observation. Prosespeningkatan ability to tell a simple experience is said to increase when the percentage reaches 75% or more and the cycle is successful jia two (2) better than the previous cycle. The success of this study are marked demgam: (1) Children dare talk in front of the class, (2) Children fluent in story telling, (3) Children capable of imagination in story telling.

Based on this research, listening to stories and retelling stories heard a new, simply share the experience and to tell by using the pronouns I, me you, they, him using hand puppets media can increase children's language ability in story telling. This is evidenced by the average percentage of children in story telling ability in pre-action is still low with a percentage of 38.75% and the average percentage of children in story telling ability at the time the study reach 82.63%
