Abstract This research was to find out the differences between the technical model versus tactical learning model toward elementary-school age students with low and high kinaesthetic perceptions, as well as their interactions on their basic skills in playing soccer.
The variables of this experimental method  were the learning models as the independent variable, the kinaesthetic perception as attributive variable, and the basic skills in playing soccer as the dependent variable. A factorial 2 x 2 design was applicated, with students (N = 75) from Hayam Wuruk Football School in Trenggalek, East Java. Samples were taken through simple random sampling, and results were analysed with ANAVA technique (the 10th  version of SPSS computer program.) Normality was determined with Lilliefors test, and homogenity determined with Bartlett  test with alpha significancy of 0,05.
Result were: 1) There is a difference of influence between the two learning models on the basic  skills in playing soccer (Fo=4,078 > Ftabel 3,99);  2) There is a difference of influence between the two learning models on the basic  skills in playing soccer with high kinaesthetic perception ( = 168,36;  s = 11,37 );  3) There is a difference of influence between the two learning models on the basic  skills in playing soccer with low kinaesthetic perception ( = 147,22;  s = 8,01); and 4) There are no  interaction between learning models and kinaesthetic perceptions toward the basic skills in playing soccer Fo interaksi  4,078 > Ftabel 3,99.
Key word: Learning Model, Kinaesthetic Perception and Basic Skills in Playing Soccer.
